Ellen Kelly is the Director of Career Success at the University of San Francisco. She received a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a master's degree in theological studies from the Jesuit School of Theology at Santa Clara University, and a master's degree in counseling from San Francisco State University. She is a spiritual director and a contributor to the blog of the Jesuit Retreat Center of Los Altos, Calif.
