Bradford E. Hinze is the Karl Rahner, S.J., professor of theology at Fordham University. He has written widely about the theology of the church and recently published a book on clergy sexual abuse in the U.S. church, “Confronting a Church in Controversy” (Paulist Press, 2022). He is the project director of the Taking Responsibility initiative.
