I liked the part about the angels, but the idea that life on other planets would be anything like human life given how much more non-human life there is even on this planet seems a little far-fetched.

What a great advertisement for Christian faith!  A highly intelligent Jesuit, an expert in his field, who is not afraid to discuss ideas that push conventional boundaries.  And he has a sharp sense of humor.  His last comment even seemed to get one up on Colbert.  Job well done, Brother.
