Today’s feast commemorates the “physical” revelation of Christ, the moment when Gentiles recognized the incarnate Messiah.

When we trust the action of grace in our lives, God will, over time, craft for us a life many times better than any we left behind.

God’s “sheep” know their dependence. Knowledge of their own need for grace opens their hearts to the needs of others.

When the Master returns, he will want to know what we did to further the compassion, humility, freedom and love he entrusted to us.

Only those who understand true humility can walk with Christ each day into the presence of the Father.
