As America takes a brief break from its weekly publication schedule for the Christmas holiday, we offer a few online only features for our regular Web readers.

First, we have just posted an online edition of Signs of the Times, our weekly news roundup. This week's edition includes stories on the Copenhagen climate conference, the bishops' reaction to the Senate health bill and the progress of the causes of Popes Pius XII and John Paul II.

Second, if you haven't heard it already, we have an interview with Rev. Larry Snyder of Catholic Charities USA about the needs his organization is seeing this holiday season.

And finally, be sure to check out these Advent and Christmas video reflections from the editors inspired by classic works of art. This week, Karen Sue Smith meditates on "The Visitation (Mary and Elizabeth)" by Jacopo Pontormo.
