This provoked a marvelous conversation with my teen-agers - lots of questions about what it might mean.

The music is very cool. The statistics are significant. What does it tell us? I think it's telling us that creativity and receptivity to new ideas and ways of thinking are the keys to success in the future. The best ways to get kids to develop in these areas is to love them.
