Robert Flock
Robert Herman Flock is bishop of the Diocese of San Ignacio de Velasco in eastern Bolivia. He obtained a licentiate in biblical theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University in 1983 and was ordained a priest of the Diocese of La Crosse in Wisconsin in 1982. He became a missionary to Bolivia in 1988, was ordained auxiliary bishop of Cochabamba in 2013 and became the bishop of San Ignacio de Velasco in 2017.
