Is the Pope then a pseudo Marxist in that the two Jesuits say he believes deeply in liberation theology. Argue about the differences? A better question, is the head of the Jesuit order a pseudo-Marxist? He was a big backer of Chavez in Venezuela.

Poverty is disappearing from the world and it has nothing to do with what Catholics have done as Catholics. So why emphasize a preferential option for the poor when other things are working much better?
