Pope Francis expressed his condolences for the death of the 41st president of the United States, George H.W. Bush.

George Herbert Walker Bush was part of a now-vanished ruling class whose motto was “to whom much has been given, much will be expected.”

Family spokesman Jim McGrath says Mr. Bush died shortly after 10 p.m., about eight months after the death of his wife of 73 years, Barbara Bush, who died on April 17, 2018, at the age of 92. They were the longest-married presidential couple in U.S. history.

The court ruled that the murder was premeditated with the “consent of Desa executives.” Desa is the Honduran company holding the concession for a hydroelectric dam project on the Gualcarque River on disputed land.
