Help/FAQ

What stories are available on America's new Web site?

All articles are free to subscribers. A selection of articles from every issue will be made available to non-subscribers who register with our site. Registration is quick and FREE.

How do I login if I'm a subscriber?

Subscribers can also login by clicking on the "Login/Register" button at the top of the page. If you have registered with the site before, you can use the same user name and password you used in the past. If this is your first time logging in, you will have to enter your subscriber number, which can be found on the address label of your print magazine.

Will I have to login every time I visit the site?

No. Once you log in, you will remain logged in until you choose to log out. If you try to access the site from a different computer, you will have to reenter your login information.

What if I forget my username and password?

Click on your user name displayed in the navigation bar to access your member page. Here you will have the option of sending us an email requesting your login information.

Can I change my username and password?

Yes, just click on your user name to access your member page, where you can change your account settings.

May I post comments on America's articles and blog?

Yes, as long as you register with the site. Registration is free. All comments will be reviewed before being posted. Since our staff is limited, comments may not be posted immediately, or over nights and weekends. Comments must be signed (full first and last name) or they will not be posted. America reserves the right to edit posts for length or clarity.

Where is the print friendly button?

All articles are already in print-friendly format. You can simply choose the print function on your browser, and the page will print without ads or navigation links.

Which browser should I use?

Our site is viewable in all browsers, but for best viewing we recommend you use Mozilla Firefox.
